LEE ELMER "Jeep" HANDLEY

Major League Baseball Player. Played Major League base ball for a total of 10 years with the Cincinnati Reds, Pittsburgh Pirates and the Philadelphia Phillies as a 3rd and 2nd baseman.

LEO A. NOBILE

BIRTH: Sep. 22, 1922
DEATH: Oct. 14, 2006
HOME TOWN:

Professional Football Player. He was an All-American guard at Penn State when he was drafted by the Washington Redskins in 1947. He played one season with Washington and was sold to the Pittsburg Steelers. For the Steelers he played both offense and defensive lineman in 1948 and 1949. After leaving the NFL, he worked as activities director at Pennsylvania State Prison. He also served as president of the Steelers' Alumni Association and is a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame's World War II Veteran's Honor Roll.
